4.1 Deposits. f333 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. You may be asked to submit a copy of your NID or passport and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address. 4.4 Refused Transactions. f333 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Where a transaction is refused, f333 will endeavour to notify you of the reason, subject to any legal obligations that may restrict such disclosure.

f333 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonus and promotional offers unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonus offers are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Bonuses are credited to your account balance upon fulfilment of any stated qualifying conditions (e.g., minimum deposit amount, use of a specified payment method).

6.2 Odds. All odds are displayed in decimal format. The stated odds at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent price movement. In the event of a technical error resulting in the display of materially incorrect odds, f333 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: match abandonment, cancellation of the relevant event, proven irregularity in the conduct of the event, or a verified pricing error. Void bets will have the stake returned to the player's account balance.

6.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are subject to the same general rules as pre-match bets. f333 accepts no liability for delays between the real-time occurrence of a sporting event and the updating of the live betting interface. Players accept this inherent limitation when placing in-play bets.

6.5 Cricket Markets. Cricket betting on f333 covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Test matches, ODIs, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. f333's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your f333 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
